that just jumps on whatever the latest trend is.

Decide what you want to do and focus on it like a laser beam!
Dont give up when the road gets bumpy....
if you are truly passionate about what you do
and work as hard as humanly possible, you will succeed.

We all love Hello Kitty, but what is her creator like in person? (Yuko Yamaguchi)
She is the original harajuku girl. She has the cutest style and is very kind.
The biggest compliment is her love for Pink Head, she wears it everyday.
Meeting her and becoming friends is a dream come true.

What did you like about growing up in Orange County?Any highlights?
I love Orange County and get a little defensive when people put it down.
I was born in Long Beach, lived in Los Alamitos for a while
and eventually lived in Laguna Beach.
The best part was being so close to Disneyland and the beach,
oh and the Mexican food is the best in the world!

What were you doing 10 years ago,and what would you like to be doing 10 years from now?
10 years ago Alfonso and I were living in our little apartment
on Sweetzer Ave. in Los Angeles starting this business.
10 years from now I would love to be doing what I am doing
but taking more time off and traveling.

Any person that has inspired you?
My mother, my grandmother
and all of the women in my family.

What do you get when you mixbeing a wife,
motherhood, and your own business?
A beautiful crazy life.

What are the qualities that the people you work with must posses?
A love of the brand, a strong work ethic and lots of energy.

How did you pick your hair color?
I always wanted pink hair when I was a little girl
and one day I realized
that as an adult I could have any color hair that I wanted and why not?
I did it spontaneously and now (8 years later) its my trademark.
I always say that if I wake up one day and hate it, I will change it.
